Ensure the mechanical well-being of 360 Zipcars parked around Metro Boston, available for rental to members by the hour - all duties performed by bicycle. Coordinate a crew of five to perform preventative maintenance, accident repair and roadside assistance. Initiate and develop vendor relations with a zone-based approach to the city. Diagnose mechanical issues and investigate damage to vehicles. Follow up with members to determine culpability and fine when necessary.
